What we collect

• Your email and optional name when you download a tool, join a waiting list or sign up for updates. We also record which products you asked for and when.
• Reports you send, from this site or from inside a tool: your message, your email if you give it, the tool and its version, and the 3D program and Windows versions. Tools never send your scene, model or files.
• A one-way scrambled form of your internet address, kept briefly to stop spam. We cannot read the address from it.

Why

To give you the download, count how many people use our tools, answer and fix what you report, and, only if you tick the box, email you about updates.

Who else handles it

This site and its data are hosted by Netlify. Course and tool payments are handled by Selar and its payment partners, under their own privacy terms; we never see your card details. We do not sell your data. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your internet address when they load.

How long

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, and reports for as long as they are useful for support.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emails. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
